We would like to make it very clear that we will not be held in any way liable for any breach of contract resulting from the deliberate or inadvertent actions of our primary suppliers that might result in any loss, damage, delay, or harm to you, your group, or your fellow travelers. It will be the sole responsibility of the defaulting supplier to provide a refund, either from insurance covering such defaults, if any, or from another responsible third party, unless was the cause. This is especially true if any of our primary suppliers fail to provide the service for which you and/or your group members have already paid.

We cannot ensure the pricing, bookings, bookings, connections, scheduling, or treatment of personal belongings of any of these vendors unless we directly see the word "guaranteed" or it is specifically mentioned on your invoice, itinerary, or tickets.

Any unjustified or uncontrollable events or situations that could result in loss, damage, or injury to you or your group members due to construction or mechanical failures or difficulties, diseases, terrorist activities, local laws and promulgations, unfavorable weather conditions, criminal acts, abnormal developments or conditions, or any other omissions or actions will not be covered by our primary suppliers.

During the planned travel period, you and/or your group members will be in charge of your own travel documents, including a valid passport, visa, other entry requirements, vaccinations, and the safety and security conditions at each destination. Our primary suppliers cannot be held accountable for these.

Any hazards that arise during the trip, whether anticipated or not, will be your responsibility and/or those of your group members. However, we strongly advise getting a good trip insurance policy that offers appropriate coverage and protection against the dangers involved.

When We decides to keep reservations, bookings, or tickets after they have been issued and ticketed, they will take it as your approval. We will also assume that you have agreed to share this with any members of your group.
